Based in Kuala Lumpur, MYENA Events Planner is an event planning studio specializing in wedding, corporate events, birthday party, social gatherings and other experiences that delight all five senses. As masters of both the creative right brain and the organized left brain, we have planned events for everyone! Terms & Conditions
  • reserve your desired party package for at least 21 days in advance
  • package price does not include transportation and mobilisation of mobile set up units; and 10% party planning, loading and coordination fee: -
  1. Kl, Cheras, Ampang, PJ, Selayang, Kepong, Segambut, RM80
  2. Subang, Shah Alam, Puchong, Kelang, Bangi, Kajang, Sungai Buloh RM120
  3. Cyberjaya, Sepang, Putrajaya, Nilai RM150
  • maximum duration of the party is 3 hours (not inclusive of décor setting and tear down time), extra hour will incur additional charge
  • 80% deposit would be required upon confirmation of hiring, remaining balance of 20% before the party day
  • travel and per diem expenses for venue outside of Klang Valley (KL, Selangor) area shall be borne by the host
  • all prices quoted herewith are subject to change
  • any booking made in less than 7 days prior to party date shall incur 5% additional ad-hoc charges
  • terms and conditions of selected venue will apply
  • we will not be held responsible for any injuries or unfortunate happenings during the party
  • décor set up time required around 2-3 hours before the party starts while tear down session for 1 hour MUST be arranged with the venue provider by the payor of this contract prior to D-DAY
  • For booking in less than 21 days, we are NOT liable for any shortcomings or variations due to late booking, and the payor has NO right to slash pricing
